So You Want To Be Stung?

Here's something for you,

Read below to get some perspective and hear the raw form of what then gets conveyed into my craft. We all have a story to tell, and maybe if I tell some of mine, you, the reader may see that we all may have some scorpion inside of us.

Why the Scorpion?

come to understand why I chose an being thats so feared, but also so lonely throughout it's life.

"Don't Sting Me, Please" , Says the frog....

We all have our origin story: it defines who you are, and gives a guide into what we would run into, or avoid, in our future. It's the unique angle that's the foundation for all of the creativity, or ignorance, that we fill it with during this journey called life.  You don't have any control over your birth or circumstance, but since we could remember, our mind has made us feel invincible, but also has the ability to give us the greatest shame or guilt if we betray it, which means also betraying yourself, making it a sort of self sufficient being inside your body that pushes the buttons. Ever since my youth, i've never held back a question or had thought that made me not question my being, and my focus has been to find a way to capture art that reminds us of the most important things that we build our life around. Sometimes I use photography as my medium and sometimes I draw or use visual programs like Adobe's Creative Cloud to bring my thoughts, and yours, to life and for the world to see

In my study of history , (semantic history, not to be confused with the history taught in modern education ) The person who doesn't reform their thoughts, cannot help anyone else's.  This brings me into my first topic: The Story of the Scorpion and the Frog, A story that I honestly read and could not stop thinking about...

In short:

"A scorpion asks a frog to carry him over a river. The frog is afraid of being stung and voices it, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, both would sink and the scorpion would drown. Knowing this, The frog then agrees, but midway across the river the frog trembles, and the scorpion does indeed sting the frog, dooming them both. When asked why, the scorpion points out that this is its nature."

The full story can be found here

The view that I take on this is abnormal by consensus of the internet.

Also these animals are not humans, as we are capable of thought!

To me, this is not a story about nature, nor a vicious scorpion killing a frog: It's a story about free will and circumstance. Hear me out....

THE FROG DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE THE SCORPION ACROSS THE WATER! Being too trusting was the demise of the frog. Too much trust, like anything else in excess, will prove fatal eventually. The scorpion, which is persuasive in nature, came to a circumstance by wanting to travel. in doing so he made it to the water and made the CHOICE to ask the frog and try his best to not explore until he found another way across. The Frog Accepted...

In my perspective, when something bad occurs, both sides are accountable, as every action and has an opposite but equal reaction. This is Duality.
